QUALIFICATIONS  

STATE-CERTIFIED FACILITY

In 2006, the Computer Recycling Center became the first State of Missouri Certified Resource Recovery Facility for E-Waste. The Missouri Department of Natural Resources lists several "recycling" centers and businesses on their website as electronic recyclers, but we were the first STATE CERTIFIED facility. To become State Certified, all aspects of our operation, from the Standard Operation Procedure, Facility Flow Maps, Emergency Response Plans, to Shipping Labels, Insurance Requirements, and OSHA Standards, were documented and submitted to DNR for approval.

INSURANCE

Through Croley Insurance & Financial, Inc., Springfield, MO, the Computer Recycling Center holds three types of insurance to cover all steps during the process.

Type 1: General Liability Commerical
Type 2: Full Coverage Automobile
Type 3: Workers Compensation and Employers Liability

LEGAL OPERATIONS

The Computer Recycling Center will comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, statues, ordinances and regulations to the transportation, recycling and disposal of assets.
